The rickety, seedy old stadium filled with warped wooden benches, degenerate gambling pits, scofflaws, riot police and musty smells is one of the best places I’ve ever been to. It was a great night of fights, too: seven matches, one title fight, one main event, one KO and one brutal TKO.
